Acceptable Content Policy

This Acceptable Content Policy defines what content is allowed on Wall of Forever ("Service"). All users must follow these rules when submitting content. For operator details, see our Imprint.
1. General Principles
Wall of Forever is a public platform. All approved content becomes publicly visible, may be accessed worldwide, and may appear in search engines.
Users are responsible for the content they submit. Content must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
2. Content That Is Allowed
You may submit:
Memorial messages
Personal dedications
Symbolic messages
Respectful public messages
Images that you own or have permission to use
Photographs of real persons, provided you have the right to publish them
3. Prohibited Content
Illegal Content
Content that violates laws, promotes illegal activity, contains threats or harassment, or promotes violence.
Offensive Content
Content that includes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, abusive language, or extreme or disturbing material.
Adult Content
Content that includes nudity, sexual content, pornographic images, or sexually explicit material. This includes AI-generated nudity, artistic nudity, and suggestive sexual content.
Copyright Violations
You must not upload copyrighted images you do not own, photos without permission, or images copied from the internet without rights. You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and publish all submitted content.
Impersonation
You must not impersonate individuals, create misleading memorials, or falsely represent identity.
Privacy Violations
You must not upload private personal data, sensitive personal information, or identifying information without consent. Examples include addresses, phone numbers, and personal documents.
4. Content Moderation
All content is subject to automated and/or manual review. Content may be approved, remain "in review", or be rejected.
If content violates these rules, we may refuse publication, remove existing content, or restrict user access. This may occur without prior notice.
5. Reporting Content
Users or third parties may report content by contacting support@wall-of-forever.com.
Reports should include a description of the issue, location of the brick, and reason for complaint. We may remove content during review.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in removal of content, restriction of access, or refusal of future purchases.
